About this work

Description

From an edition published in 1537 (16th year of the Jiajing reign period of the Ming dynasty). This is a side view of the acupuncture figurine (the 'Bronze Man'). Two channels are shown extending over the body: the gall bladder channel of foot shaoyang and the bladder channel of foot taiyang.
