A catalogue of all the entire genuine neat houshold furniture, elegant wrought sideboard of plate, a gold repeater, fine diamond rings, and other jewels, fine old China and Japan, large wardrobe of linen, six coach horses, and other valuable effects, of Sir Seymour Pile, bart. (deceas'd) at his late dwelling house in Southampton; The furniture consists of four post bedsteads with morine, check and other furnitures, festoon and other window curtains, goose feather beds, blankets, quilts, mahogany tables, chairs, buroes, pier and sconce glasses, good kitchen furniture, &c. Which will be sold by auction, by Mr. Pervil, (by order of the executors) on Monday next, the 31st of August, 1761, and the three following days. The whole may be viewed on Friday the 28th instant, to the hour of sale (Sunday excepted) which will begin each day punctually at eleven o'clock. Catalogues may be had the days of viewing at the place of sale, the Post Houses at Winchester, Salisbury, and Ringwood.
