Catalogus medicamentorum chymice preparatorum, addito etiam preparationis modo et usu. The text is in Latin with some entries in English, and written mostly on the rectos only. The date 1654 occurs on fol. 34 and fol. 47, both these are intialled C.M. Armorial book-plate of Sir Thomas Preston (1767-1823).
