    If any contri¬ butor allows his annual-rate to run on unpaid for fix years, his widow or child¬ ren fhall forfeit their annuities and provifions; and he fhal.l con¬ tinue liable in payment of his annual-rate du¬ ring life. \ [ >4 ] ( * or leaving a child or children under fix- teen years of age, but no widow, before he has paid or been liable to pay twelve years rates. In that cafe there fhall be retained out of the annuity due to his widow, or out of the provifion due to his child or children, fuch fum as, together with the fums paid by him without com¬ puting intereft thereon, fhall amount to twelve years rates, viz. L. 60 Sterling, and Declaring and Ordaining, as We De¬ clare and Ordain, That if any Contribu¬ tor to the fcheme, fhall allow' his annual- rate to run on unpaid for fix years, his widow or child, or children, fhall forfeit the refpedUve annuities and provifions to which they would have been intitled after his deceafe. And further Declaring, as We Declare, That fuch Contributors fhall neverthelefs be obliged to pay the forefaid annual-rates in arrear, and fhall alfo con¬ tinue liable in payment of his annual- rates during life ; becaufe if fuch forfei¬ ture fhould exempt either from payment of /
