Description

Confocal image of a developing mouse kidney grown in culture. At this stage of development it is known as the metanephros. It has been stained with antibodies to the protein, laminin (green) which shows the branching tubules and bromodeoxyuridine (BrDU) to show the proliferating cells (red).
