The Ministry of Health now prescribes the form of the Medical Otficer of Health’s Annual Report, sup])lviny the heads under which the Report is to he written, and the arrangement of the following pages is in accordance with this form. As the Re])ort \vas not printed during che war years 1919-1918 I have here included such statistics of those years as may he serviceable hereafter for reference and comparison.
