Description

This surgical demonstration of the aseptic closure of a caescostomy stoma includes shots of the skin incised, the stoma closed, the caecum free from skin, the bowel double clamped, the redundant portion excised, the cut crushed edge sutured, invaginating sutures and the closure of the abdomen.
