An Act to amend the Law relating to the Public Health. \jth August, 1866.] Whereas it is expedient to amend the Law relating to Public Health : Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :— Preliminary. 1. This Act may be cited for all purposes as short title The Sanitary Act, 1866.* * This Act has been amended by 31 & 32 Vic., c. 115, but the Amendment does not extend to either Scotland or Ireland. Part I.f Amendment of the Sewage Utilization Act, 1865. 2.
