Raj Persaud speaks to Dr. Daniel Shapiro, co-author of 'Beyond Reason, Using Emotions as You Negotiate' and Steve Hodder, a negotiator for ACAS, the UK conciliation service. The second item is about magnetoencephalography (MEG), a new brain scanning technique which is about to arrive at neuroscience research departments around the country.
