Description
This documentary looks at the much-publicised story of Isabelle Dinoire whose face was mauled by her dog, and who became the first person to undergo a facial transplant operation. The programme includes footage of Isabelle before the operation, during it and after. Other people who have had severe facial disfigurements are also featured and give their opinions as to the ethics of facial transplantations.
