24th in a series of 25 colour cigarette cards issued in 1912 by John Player & Sons showing a very fat Mrs. Sairey Gamp from Dickens' novel, 'Martin Chuzzlewit' ("an old-time nurse, with an equal relish for "a lying-in or a laying-out"), in voluminous grey coat, dress and bonnet, carrying a green and blue umbrella and a red and yellow bag.
