Described by Nagler, loc. cit., thus: "Das Hospital, in der Ruine eines antiken Gebäudes rechts des Blattes zwei Männer tragen einen Kranken hinein, und vier arme Weiber folgen nach. Links vorn ist eine Gruppe von drei Figuren, welche die Szene betrachten, und zwei Männer sind stehend in Unterredung."
