    humble Petition of James Earle, Efq. the late Matter, and divers other Members of the afore- faid late Corporation of Surgeons; have willed, ordained, conftituted, declared, given and grant- ed, and by thefe Prefents, for Us, Our Heirs, and Succeffors, do will, ordain, conftitute, and declare, give and grant; unto the aforefaid James Earle, and unto all the Members of the faid late Company or Corporation of Matter, Governors, and Commonalty of the Art and Science of Surgeons of London; having been admitted and approved Surgeons, within the Rules of the faid Company; and alfo unto ‘all fuch Perfons, who upon, or fince, the Diffolution of the faid Corporation, fhall have obtained Letters Teftimonial, under a Seal pur- porting to be the Seal of the faid late diffolved Corporation, authorizing them to practife the Art and Science of Surgery; that they, from henceforth for ever hereafter, fhall be and re- main by Virtue of thefe Prefents, one Body B Corporate Therefore his ajelty was pleafed to In- corporate the Members of the late Company and all fuch Perfons who fince the Diffo- lution thereof have obtained Letters Tefti- monial, &c.
