According to the Dictionary of national biography, Miller published in Albemarle Street from 1804 to 1812, after which he was succeeded at the same address by John Murray

The authors include Fox and Holland (A history of the early part of the reign of James II), James Beresford (The miseries of human life), and Sir Walter Scott
