    Election of Vice-Presidents. On the motion of Mr. R. Lovegrove, seconded by Mr. T. Taylor, it was RESOLVED : That the 28 Governors set out on the list read by the Secretary, with the addition of the names of Mr. C. H. Ivens, Mr. M. E. T. Wratislaw and Mr. H. Tarbox, J.P., be and they are hereby elected Vice-Presidents of the Hospital for the ensuing year. Honorary Auditor. On the motion of Mr. T. Taylor, seconded by Mr. 0. C. Satchell, it was RESOLVED : That Mr. A. T. Finch of Messrs. Atkinson, Finch & Co., be re¬ elected as Honorary Auditor for the ensuing year. Revision of List of Life Governors. The Chairman reviewed all the stages which had led up to the proposals for the revision of the Hospital Rules which are now under consideration by a Sub-Committee appointed by the Board of Management to undertake this task in conjunction with three Governors appointed at the Special Meeting of Governors on January 21st. Mr. A. N. E. McHaffie, the Chairman of the Sub¬ committee, then explained that a report had been prepared and that there were several points upon which members of the Board differed in opinion, and he outlined the general principles contained in these points of difference, with a view to sounding the feeling of the meeting so that the Board of Management could receive guidance as to the policy they should adopt. General discussion then followed and the meeting was given to understand that the report of the Rules Revision Committee, as adopted by the Board of Management and together with any minority report or reports that might be prepared would be submitted to the next quarterly Court of Governors for consideration. “ Id.
