Description

There were proceedings in the House of Commons about the privilege of printing and selling parliamentary papers and the rights of certain parties to sue for libel. For example a bookseller named Stockdayle brought an action against Hansard. Also sketched are Sir John Campbell, the Attorney-General, T.S. Duncombe and Wakley
