Description
Three copies of each version (1-25) of blank questionnaires and three clean envelopes.
All the questions in Version 1 were created by the artist Neil Bartlett. In each subsequent weekly version one of Bartlett's questions was replaced by one suggested by visitors to The Institute of Sexology. By Version 25 all Bartlett's original questions had been replaced.
