About this work
Description
Sagittal (midline) section at the optic chiasm of
a Noi mutant two-day-old zebrafish embryo showing
that the optic nerve axons from the two eyes are
not discrete as they are in the normal embryo
(B0001093C). The optic chiasm is the point where
the axons cross the midline toward their target
brain regions.
