Ci Sir, War Office, %Q,d Dec. 180]. cc The Physician and Surgeon General oi the Army having in an official letter to me animadverted in pointed terms on the system - pursued in the hospital of the Isle of Wight, in the treatment of the medical patients, their representation has been submitted to the Com- mander in Chief, with such observations as I thought it my duty to offer to His Royal High- ness thereupon ; in consequence of which.
