The pyrexia, with the irritability and hardness of the pulse, continue; dyspnoea as at last; foul tongue, thirst, and headach. Urine as yesterday; abdomen swollen; fluctuation sensible; ancles pit on gentle pressure. Complains of severe pain in the back; this pain is always very severe at the approach of the catamenia, which are generally discharged with considerable difficulty.
