Deaths fuom Cancer. Cancer claimed I 10 deaths in the year, being the highest number during period 1911 1929. Suicide and other Deaths. Of the total number of deaths, 911, twenty-nine per cent, were aged 75 years, or over. Of these 911 deaths, 7 were from suicide, G in males and 1 in females. In the previous year there were 13 deaths from suicide, and attention was then drawn to the fact that the number was greater than it had been for many years previously.
