Description

The bilamellar tarsal rotation procedure for trichiasis: surgical procedure These men are performing a bilamellar tarsal rotation on a Moroccan patient with trichiasis. The surgeon is standing at the head of the patient and his assistant is holding his instruments in place. A sterile drape has been placed over the head of the patient; only the eye is visible through a central opening. A lamp has been positioned to ensure that the eye is adequately lit.
