Describes the acquisition and reconstruction by Hull Museum of an old Leeds pharmacy. It was opened in 1841 by Edward Brown, and taken over by J.J. Anning ca. 1896. Walter Thomas Castelow took over in 1907 and practised until he died in 1974, aged 98!
