An accurate report of the speech delivered by the Right Hon. John Foster, speaker of the House of Comms of Ireland, Feb. 27th, 1793, In a commeittee of the whole house, on the bill for allowing Roman Catholics to vote at the elections of members of Parliament in that Kingdom, to prove that this bill has a direct tendency to subvert the Protestant establishment in Ireland, and to separate that Kingdom for ever from Great Britain.
