A short but plain discovery to whom the due right of describing and appointing of fasts doth belong, viz. whether to ministry or majestracy, the prior is clearly proven from the word of God: with particular application to that fast appointed the 14th. of January 1708; wherein the unlawfulness is Proven both from the Manner and Matter, and that by way of Protestation against all that hath been, or shall be of that nature.
