What you’ll do
Join Katie Hanlon from our library team for a creative writing workshop inspired by items from our collections. You’ll be looking at a selection of images and texts on the topic of the sun.
You’ll take part in several activities, such as slow looking and collaborative writing, to help you think about narrative voice. You’ll then have a chance to write your own piece inspired by the items you’ve examined and the conversations you’ve shared.
The workshop is open to all levels, from beginners who are wondering how to get started, to more experienced writers who may be looking for a spark for their next piece.
