Bodies of Knowledge
Tuesday 12 December 2017
A full-day session focusing on anatomy, exploring how and why our knowledge of human anatomy has changed over the last 2,000 years. After investigating key objects, rare books, manuscripts and images from Wellcome Collection’s galleries and library, students will have a chance to use their anatomical knowledge by participating in an osteology workshop investigating a selection of excavated historical skeletons from the Museum of London’s Centre for Human Bioarchaeology.
