What you’ll do

What role does design play in the mistakes we make? Join human factors researcher Dominic Furniss to learn about his work to reduce human error through better design and procedures, from everyday things to hospitals and chemical plants.

We’ll be in the Reading Room on level 2. You can walk up the spiral staircase to the Reading Room door, or take the lift up and then head left from the Library Desk.
