What you’ll do

Hear from an expert panel about the history of dental health and the inequalities of access to dental healthcare today. You'll join a discussion about dental health policies and our rights and responsibilities when it comes to our own teeth. You'll have an opportunity to ask questions or just listen in. It's up to you.

About your speakers

Dr Claire Jones is a historian of medicine and health at the University of Kent.

Professor Richard Watt is Chair of Dental Public Health at University College London.

Dr Flora Smyth Zahra is a restorative dentist, as well as Senior Clinical Teacher and Clinical Humanities Programmes Lead at the King's College London Dental Institute.

Your facilitator is Jonny Berliner, science troubadour, educator and graduate in the history and philosophy of science.
