Useful remarks on privateering. Addressed to the laudable association of Anti-Gallicans. Together with proposals for regulating the government of private ships of war, more advantageously to the Proprietors and Mariners than any hitherto put in Practice. Also, some material objections to the proposals lately published for manning and equipping the Anti-Gallican, Royal George, Antelope and St. Olave privateers, &c. Earnestly recommended to the serious Perusal of People of all Professions and Degrees at this Critical Juncture; but more especially such as are or may be concerned in Privateering, whether as Owners, Officers, or Mariners before the Mast. By an officer of a privateer during the late war.
