The Following New-Year's gift, was written a few years ago by a young woman in England, and presented to her nieces and nephews, and is now re-published, with desires that it may prove a blessing to the youg and rising generation of both sexes, unto whom it is at this time affectionately addressed, wherever it may come. Also, a few lines on procrastination.
